Adobe XD freezes on windows while zooming using ctrl+space or ctrl+alt+space. I use a Wacom tablet. Same happens when using Z or Z+alt.

Freezing happens randomly after minutes or hour use.

Hi, does this problem only occur when the Wacom is connected?

No, it happens also without Wacom. Seems like XD cannot handle clicks amount.

Computer Specs:

Win10, AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS With Radeon, RTX2060 Max Q (Latest studio drivers)

Hi Sid,

This is definitely not expected behavior. I understand how annoying it could be. Could you please share the XD version of your machine? Does that happen with every file or with a specific file? I would suggest switching focus for a while from XD app whenever it happens next and then come back to XD and see if that helps.

👉 It´s also strange that Wacom tablet Zoom setting works fine. And it is better than XD own Zoom. It works like photoshop and Illustrator "Animated Zoom".

This Wacom way is have to give up one of the Pens buttons for Zoom. 😪
