Adobe XD Freezing

So basically whenever I am doing the command  ctrl + d in Abode XD It will just freeze like I can't edit or click on any object, icon, box, text etc.... but it will let me click on the outside like exit, file, edit, etc... and this happens everytime and i don't know how to fix it and would love it if someone who knows how to fix this issue would please reply back to me on this post!

 

I have a Windows 10 Microsoft Pro 7 Laptop btw

Hi VeGirl,

 

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble using XD. I am unable to reproduce the issue at my end on my windows machine. We would request you to please share the version of XD. 

 

Have you tried signing out of XD, Creative Cloud desktop app, restarted the machine and then sign back in?
