Adobe XD Freezing When Typing in Text Fields

Whenever I try to type in text field, after selecting the whole text Adobe XD stops responding. I have to restart it again and again whenever I need to add text because it just stops responding. You can only save your work while that; nothing else can be selected! 

This is a major issue and very troublesome !

    Hey there! I assume that's happening on Windows, correct? It's been a known issue for a long time, the only temporary fix being to press Alt+Tab to switch to another window, and then switch back to Xd. Other than that, Adobe's been waiting on Microsoft to fix it and there's been no further development on this problem for the past 2-3 years.
