Adobe XD included in my plan, but it is not listed in my Creative Cloud and I can not download it!

Hello,

The company I work for purchased a plan where Adobe XD is included, however, I am not able to download it via Creative Cloud (or anywhere else). It is not even listed in suggested apps. Please help urgently! It is an IT company and I can not work without Adobe XD!

My collegue who opened an account in March 2023 could download it from Creative Cloud with no problem, and she has the same Plan as me.

What can I do?
