Adobe XD is not working

Since seven days, my Adobe-XD application isn't working.

    Thank you for the reply, I have already tryied it several times. 

    Unfortunately, this issue runs for two weeks, the problem is that i not able to
    to work without XD, alternatively I have used Adobe Illustator.
