Adobe XD keeps crashing

Hello, I'm contacting you because the Adobe XD software keeps crashing. I can't work on any documents !
I don't have any plugins installed, I tried to install the 2 previous versions available... I reinstalled the software dozens of times...
The software crashes and automatically closes even when I simply create a new classic file.
Can you please help me solve this problem ???
