Adobe XD keeps crashing on Win 10

Question

XD is not working properly from morning (Indian Standard Time). It stucks while editing text inside the document and working slow overall. Please help fix this asap.

Hi Madan,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. We can surely investigate this, we just need a few more details like:

The version of XD and OS.
Is it crashing while working on a specific file or multiple files?
Does it crash while using any specific font and editing text or it's crashing randomly?
When it crashes again, please make a note of the time of the crash in local time and if you have the latest version of XD which is 38.0.12 , please collect and share the system logs: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
