ADOBE XD Latest version is not installing in my WIndows 11 PC from creative cloud application

Tried all the troubleshooting methods given in adobe forum of Error 191

What can I do else to install it? I have repaired the microsoft C++ redistributable app from apps in Windows 11 settings. Please suggest, It wasted a lot of time.

Is this on a fresh Windows 11 installation? Do other programs install fine from the CC app? Have you tried installing older versions of Xd?

Have you tried the CC removal tool cleaning your machine completely from Adobe apps and reinstalling everything?

Any anti-virus software which could be interfering somehow?
