Adobe XD link is disappeared

Hi all,

My version is v55.012 with windows 10.

I have a project with 2 links. I created the share link with the project managers.

The first time is working. After that, sometimes when I updated the links.

One of the links has disappeared, it does not show me the existing URL but only gives an option to create new URL.

 

Does any one know how to solve this problem?

    Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you're having trouble updating links in XD. We would like to know a few more details-

     

    • Does that happen with a specific file or all files?
    • Have you tried copying the content of this file from prototype mode into a new document, then trying to update links and see if that helps?
    • Could you please share the screenshot of your design in prototype mode?
    • Are you getting any error messages while updating the link?
    • Please ensure you're using the correct Adobe ID.

    Hi Harshika,

    I create a new file and copy the content from old files in design mode. The
    file is working now. So the button shows "Update link". But when the link
    disappears, the button will show "create new link". And the file doesn't
    show any messages when I press "Update link".

    It happened many times from different files. I'm wondering if this is
    software bug? My colleague have same problem once.
