Adobe XD MAC updated error message Progress is slower that usual. working on resolving the issue...

Hi I'm trying to update the adobe XD in MacBook Pro to the latest version but it isn't updating. show the message "Progress is slower that usual. working on resolving the issue..." and the status is waiting

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out to us.

    Could you please try below steps, before to that make sure from Activity Monitor you quit all adobe related products:

    1. Sign Out from CCD

    2. Sign in back to CCD

    3. Relaunch CCD

    4. Try for the update.
    5. There might be chances of network issue as well, please do check before you try the above mentioned steps.

    I have followed all the mentioned steps but the result is same iam unable to update any application throught CC

    Hi rajashekar24082007b36j,

    Could you please uninstall CCD by using cleaner tool "https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html" .

    And again install CCD and try installing the apps.

    Hope this will help.
