Adobe XD no longer available to sell asindividual product

I just spent nearly an hour with Customer Support and Sales to find out - that Adobe has stopped selling XD as a standalone product. Looks like they wont be supporting or updating anymore.

 

Wanted to put this online so no one else goes through this hassle. I use it in a classrooom so I was attempting to onboard 90 students whne I found this out!

 

Likley this has to do with the aquision of Figma - whihc no one has heard any pans about how this will work.

    My understanding is that they can't discuss details of the acquisition while it's ongoing.
