Adobe XD not available to download in Creative Cloud Account

Hi,

I have a creative cloud account, that should include XD!! However, when I log into the creative cloud account XD isn't listed under 'available in your plan, but is listed under the 'apps to try' and only has a 'Try or Buy' option rather than a 'download' button?  How do I contact Adobe Customer Service - it seems impossible!?

    Try to enter your Adobe Id. Check your active sessions there. Cancel them if you have more than one sessions active.   If you have full licence sing out and sign in again.
