I also have an alert "Adobe XD not compatible" on my Adobe CC pannel despite my system complies with the requirements for Windows 10 (64-bit) stated on the Adobe XD webpage.

Thank you, this is no longer necessary.

I had to purchase a graphics adapter to solve the problem.

    Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you will need a graphics driver and make sure that it stays up to date by visiting the manufacturer's site. This will help ensure that you get the best possible performance from the XD app.

Please let us know if that answers your question.

    Thanks,

    Harshika

What's the build number of your operating system? We only support the Anniversary Edition and later.
