Adobe XD not opening any files

Question

Hi,

Since the last 24h, I cannot open any files form Adobe XD.

I use it every day, and now it opens the file but loading forever in a white window.

The app is up to date.

I tried to remove and then reinstall it on my mac or even use an earlier version of the app (v57.1.12) but nothing worked.

I have not changed or moved any of my Adobe files on my mac

If you have any idea how to solve it.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
