Adobe XD not opening error 5703

Hello Adobe Team

From 2days i am facing XD opning issue.

Can't open any file and XD also, showing error 5703

 

and not create design link also. 

 

please help me ASAP, pending some work. 

It is urgent.

Hi Ankkush,

 

We are sorry to hear you are getting an error while launching XD. I would request you to please try the below steps in sequence-

  • Sign out of XD and Creative Cloud desktop app.
  • End all Creative Cloud desktop app process from task manager
  • Restart the machine.
  • Sign back into Creative Cloud desktop app and XD.

If still the Issue persists ,please uninstall XD using the cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html .once uninstalled, please re-install XD and let us know if it works.
