Adobe XD not responding on Mac

I have a Mac on the newest OS, Monterey. When I open Adobe XD it is not responding, my recent documents will load after a while but if I click on anything the color wheel will appear and it will not respond. I am unable to access my documents or add them. I have restarted my computer, closed out of all other programs, and uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe XD. Anyone else have this problem or have any other fixes?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please uninstall XD using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and then re-install. If that doesn't work, please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of XD.
  2. Does XD get stuck on the splash screen or you are able to open XD however, it's not responding?
  3. Please collect and share system logs
