Adobe XD Not response

When I work on Adobe XD it saves the work automatically. But that time xd did not respond. It takes at least 30 seconds to get back to work. Please solve the problem or tell me how to stop auto-saving.

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. We don't have an option to turn off auto-save . However, for performance issue, please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of XD & OS.
  2. Is this happening on a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Is this happening while working on a local file or cloud file.

 

We're here to help, just need more details.

I'm using Adobe XD the latest version($5.0.62). Yes this happening on
multiple vai.
It's happening cloud file. I'm facing this problem when it saves
automatically. But when I work offline then it's working great. But when I
connect to the internet I'm facing the same problem.

The major problem is autosave. Because autosave start and XD stop working
until the fill save.

Is it possible that the file is large (maybe it has many large images, audio files, etc.) and your internet is slow to upload?
