hello !

i have a problem i cant start adobe xd

it stuck on splash screen i have try all but nothing worked pls help me

I finally found ! in the meantime I reset my pc and its working but when I restored the roaming folder (% appdata%) its no longer working I concluded that the% appdata% \ adobe file was the problem so I have it deleted and bingo! adobe xd was working again!

Good morning ! thank you for your reply. unfortunately I have already tried this I did a long research before posting a message on the forum and no solution worked whether its adobe or third party solutions I have already tried what you sent me its does not work. Two weeks ago I contacted adobe support and was told that adobe xd was not yet compatible with windows 11. is it still the case?

is it possible to contact an adobe mployer who is quite advanced and who has the ability to look in my computer and tell me what is wrong because yes i have already tried ALL the troubleshooting sloutions offered by adobe and nothing does not work. I have been having this problem for a long time and it bothers me a lot. Regards
