ADOBE XD NOT WORKING WINDOWS 11

Hi, I faced an issue with XD, it doesn't work at all. I've read the same issue happened with a lot of users and did every single step written by Adobe employees, But I faced the same issue with reset & repaire. I created a new user and signed out, then uninstalled all Adobe apps including Adobe creative cloud, moreover, I used the Adobe cleaner tool, then I restarted my laptop and reinstalled Creative cloud and XD... BUT unfortunately it's still crashes at 30 seconds and closed. I really need to work on it veeery soon! plz help!

I have a new computer Windows Surface Laptop purchase Feb 2025; Adobe XD would not install. I installed Adobe creative cloud, signed in, and XD does not show up on the applications.  I click my account and click manage my account and adobe xd shows up in that location.  I click the install link and it downloads, but when I click install on the Adobe XD app in creative cloud online page i get a pop-up on my desktop Creative Cloud app that says "There was a problem installing XD";  "XD is not available for your device."  I click the get help link and its lists apps that work on Windows 11 with copiolot but does not say XD wont work on my device.  In fact online adobe says it will work on my device.  How do I resolve this?

in addition to responding to @Jeffrey_A_Wright make sure your computer meets specs. your graphics card and drivers are the most common source of problems, https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/system-requirements.html

    Renad, what error are you encountering when downloading and installing Adobe XD? I see you just started a new membership. Is there anything else we should know about the Windows 11 laptop where Adobe XD is being utilized? What type of network is the laptop connected to? Are you able to install other Adobe applications successfully?

    when I open the application and open a file to work in, it directly closes. I'm working on illustrator, it works very well, also I work a bit on photoshop but currently I uninstalled it cuz I didn't need it. My laptop is new and there're not many apps on it. device specifications\ 11th intel core i3, processer\ 8GB RAM 256GB SSD, Intel UHD Graphics.
