Adobe XD opening and closing

I need help fast. I need to get into adobe xd for my job. It keeps opening and closing. I need help in figuring this out, so i can get back to work.

    If you're facing this issue on a Windows machine, please check if you have any Windows update pending in your machine. If its there, please update. This might solve your issue.

    1. Windows version

    2. XD version (Update to XD 43 and check if its solves the issue)
