Adobe XD opens and immediately closes (Activate?)

I looked at windows logs, and I have those 2 errors:

First error:

Falha na ativação de Adobe.CC.XD_adky2gkssdxte!App. Código de erro: O aplicativo não foi iniciado.. Fase de ativação: COM ActivateExtension

Second error:

O servidor Adobe.CC.XD_10.0.12.9_x64__adky2gkssdxte!App.AppXpc2jz922aeh1p2kp6138cb4cezje7c48.mca não se registrou no DCOM dentro do tempo limite necessário.

I already tried to uninstall and install everything twice, its a Windows 10 Pro

I already tried to set permissions on files, folders, registers, etc...

I already tried to disable firewall and AV...

I dont know how to keep it up

That link is about Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application right? My app works fine, only the Adobe XD that crashes

I already tried to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application and installed again.

I tried set permissions on folders too, now I tried to set permissions on C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Adobe.CC.XD_10.0.12.9_x64__adky2gkssdxte

But it keep crashing

Hi Moniquec,

Sorry that you are unable to activate Adobe XD and it seems to be crashing because of that. Thanks for sharing the error summary.

Could you please launch Adobe Creative Cloud and check if you are signed in to Adobe Creative Cloud? Please share the OS build that you are using as well. I would also like to know if you are using this machine under an enterprise environment.

I'm trying to use Adobe XD for free, but somehow on log it shows some "Activate" problem  

And yes I'm signed in to Adobe Creative Cloud.

Windows 10 Pro
