Adobe xd prototype revert whenever i clicked anywhere on the screen

This is a school ui project(i know my design sucks but i need to finish this project) and i am currently in some sort of bug,below is a video attached to it,

basically i dont know how but after using the a button in the hover state to transfer from a art board to the second one 

while trying  to link the art board from the second board to the first through a default state(latest) the art board magically revert whenever i press anywhere in the screen how do you fix this i know there some function call return to previous art board but its a bit limiting when i jump from art board to different art board
