Adobe XD Prototype: This service is temporarily unavailable

Hi,

I am using Adobe XD CC on a Mac OS Sierra version 10.12.5, I am located in Melbourne Australia.

When I try to Share - Publish Prototype the drop down message displays:

This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

Please confirm these are the destination urls. If not can some supply them

There is no firewall issue on our office network as I can access these destination servers/urls:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://assets.adobe.com/files

https://assets.adobe.com/links

XD just don't prototype. My files range from 80kb test files to 25mb, none of which can I prototype

Any guidance towards this would be appreciated

Hi Michaele,

Could you please try the steps mentioned here: - Error trying to use Share Online feature? I would also request you to check Nina's comments from this link in case you have already contacted the IT administrator: - Cannot Publish Prototype: service is temporarily unavailable – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs.
