Adobe XD : Public link sharing doesn't work

I'm trying to share my Adobe XD project with my coworkers, but whenever I create a public link (with no restriced access), they tell me they either don't have access to the project or that they need to log in Adobe to view the project. I've tried to open the link in Incognito mode on my browser, and I've been asked to log in as well.

1. Which Version of XD you are using
2. Are you facing this issue all time
3. Is it happening with all file types
4. Could you please confirm are you the owner of file
5. Is this happening with all types of link like Design, Developement and Presentation
6. Which platform and browser you are using.
