Adobe XD published prototype appears pixelated on the browser.

I  generate a link of my prototype, but it  looks like pixelated. The design in the generated link has some differences from the design in XD !! I updated the file many times and tried to generate a new link to check, but the problem still exists. Is there any solution for this issue?? May I know how can I fix this issue.

    I've run into this issue for years - Adobe has been made aware of the issue in multiple posts but don't seem to care enough to address it. If you change the zoom  in preview mode to anything other than 100%, that will fix the problem. 

    I think it has something to do with either Opacities or Drop-Shadows.

    1. The version of XD and OS.
    2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
    3. Have you tested this on a different browser?
    4. Please share a few screenshot from XD app preview.
    5. Will it be possible for you to share the link to test this on our end. You can send the link through DM by clicking on my name.

    Thank you for your prompt reply,

     

    I am using 48.12.10 version. Yes, it is happening with a specific file. In my browser, there is no issue in preview mode and publish link, but it happened when I share the link to my client and its browser. I will send you the generated link.
