Adobe XD quits frequently

It's getting worse after the latest update. I have a high end system with 16gb RAM, 500gb SSD, 4gb Graphics, AMD RYZEN-5.

The software quits while

  •  the document is kept open for sometime and click on when we come again
  • working on a document and try to open another document
  • while pasting an element, anyway it already has the copy paste issue which is not fixed yet
  • clicking on the home icon sometimes
  • even opening a document
  • hitting the preview button

Please provide a solution as soon as possible.

Update: I installed two optional Windows updates at the end of the day yesterday and now today I am not having this constant crashing issue. I don't know if the two things are related, but these are the updates that were installed:

I don't know if this will help anyone but I just thought I'd throw that out there.

    Hello, Richard. Here Alex,

And here is my comment: Yes!, it is definitely worse every day.

I had two weeks with problems as you describe.

I don't need to search or used a new app to do my work because I love adobe XD, but this last update makes me think about using others tools...

For example,> I have a cloud doc and any time of my workday > I open the file, it seems it is just locked and if want to edit text or an icon, they disappear from the artboard. At this time it has become worse for two weeks.

I need help or some instructions to back to others updates.. maybe...

I hope the company sends a solution quickly.

    thanks

I am also having this issue. Since XD updated yesterday I've been unable to have more than one file open at a time. Trying to open a second file (by opening the home screen from the first file, from File Explorer, or from File > Recent Files) results in the app crashing.

XD Version: 42.0.22.11, CC Sync 4.14.0.17

    Windows 10 Pro, Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043
