Adobe XD Quits, gets slow because of work load and frezes for a moment while working.

Hi I'm new using adobe xd I was working on a project and my habbit to save the work from the start was a life saver. While working, the adobe xd sometimes quits like a blink of an eye I would like to know whats the issue when the work load increases it also performs slow and, my artboard also frezes and no tools work (I found the solution for this but its annoying) like i press (CRL + -) so the artboard zooms out and it breaks the freze. can you please provide any solution for these 3 issues I explored while working.
