Adobe XD saved cloud file lost without deleting it.

Hi,
I have been facing a lot of issue for my Adobe account specifically in XD related to all my cloud files. Recently, I had a cloud file created on 1st week of December 2022 and have been using it almost on a regular basis. But on 31st December, 2022 while I resumed back to work I just kept searching for the same file and couldn't find  single sign of it anywhere. I tried to search for it even in my account on https://assets.adobe.com in the files section as well in the deleted file repository. But the file was nowhere to be found. So basically it looks like I have lost my file in thin air just randomly without any action from my side. I had to recreate all my work from scratch again.

Apart from this very recent issue I have been facing a lot of issue on all of my cloud file since the last 3-5 months. Whenever I add someone in collaboration to any cloud file of mine that person is unable to use the file and at the same time I face issue in saving the and synchronising the file with cloud services. Sometime the file looses all the work done in it and leave an empty canvas for me as well as the added collaborator. Also at times the files don't sync very easily with the creative cloud.

If I'm paying for the so called "Creative Cloud" services and not getting the benefit out of such a hyped primary function of the system then why am I even paying for it? I request Adobe Team to handle this situation AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If that's working out then what other option do you I have other than switching to some other software with a better service. Please give me a resolution for this problem on priority.

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Regarding the missing file, please ensure you're signed in with the same Adobe ID using which the file was created. To troubleshoot the sync issue you're experiencing, please share a few more details like:

 

  1. A screenshot of the Adobe XD info page and the version of the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Is this happening while collaborating with a specific user or multiple users?

 

We're here to help, just need more details.

I'm signed in with the same Adobe ID using which the file was created. it is happening with every files and multiple users while collaborating.
