Adobe XD Saving to Cloud (Share a document) Problems -Saving Error Without Response

Hey there.

Adobe XD CC new update on the automatic cloud saving is sucks!

I can't save my work to be preview at the Adobe XD mobile app.

The saving process error in form of continously saving without ending.

I have wait for the whole day and nothing happen, my internet connection all work well.

In fact I also have tried on different computer, still the same.

Some details on my spec:

- XD version: Adobe XD 14.0.42.14 (Starter)

- OS version: Windows 10 Pro 10.0.15063 Build 15063

Can you try the solution in Issue saving xd files to creative cloud and let us know if it helped?

My internet connection is fine,

I managed sync with creative cloud, but still the same problem  with the "share document" to the cloud thing

I also have disable my firewall in-case,

have restart the device,

have tried to update the latest Adobe XD version,

you named it, all done, still the same problem, really need to be solve fast as I got presentation next week with my clients, and suck this happened.
