Adobe XD showing not eligible on my i5 7th gen

I have a 7th gen i5 with windows 11 on it but adobe XD is not showing in the apps section on creative cloud when i tried to see on browser its also not there. I started searching and got a link which led me to all adobe product I found XD there but when I click install It showed that you are not eligible to download this app or your your device does not meet the minimum requirements. Can I get an help on this please.

Well it don't specify the processor all it says is the windows version ram and gpu drivers version and my specs are way far better in that terms so I don't think specs really could be an issue here. Can tou help further more?

Please go to your Adobe Account and check active sessions.
- Check if your Creative Cloud app is up to date and refresh it via "Check for App Updates" option.
- Sign out and sign in into Creative Cloud app.
