Adobe XD shows [you are entitled to use XD in simplified chinese]

So obviously my macbook system is in english, and i've tried to use every method including manually setting the language in system preferneces. When I do, it automatically has a screen that shows "you are entitled to use XD in simplified chinese] and only asks me to "ok" and quit.
