Adobe XD stuck on loading page at the begining

HI,

I have purchsed Adobe XD and installed in my computer. When I tried to open it, XD stuck on the very first opening page. How to deal with it?

    I have tired all sugesstions, open it from menu, then I uninstalled and re-installed again and restarted computer, cleaned all the data, repair, reset etc. I tries everything but my Adobe XD Stuck at very begining of XD. I have installed window 11, laptop for game ram 8GB, SSD 500 gb, Hard disk 1tB, geforce gtx 1050Ti. Why is not opening? Can I return my money back if it  is not working?
