Adobe XD subscription issue with sharing unlimited links.

I have an active subscription of Adobe XD which was renewed on 2nd Dec 2020.
And today(12 Dec 2020) I cannot share the prototype link and got a message "You have reached the capacity for link sharing with your plan. Please upgrade." but I have already subscribed to it.

Question 1- How do i fix this? I need to share the link with the client urgently.
Question 2- How can I check my subscription status?
