Adobe xd sudendly closed

Question

Since yesterday my team work is experimenting a lot of problems with adobe xd, it gets closed at zooming or suddendly gets stucked and doesn't respond. It is a shame because we have a legal license and we have a lot of work to be done. How can we solve this? Thanks!.

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please update XD to the latest version which is 42.1 and let us know if this solves the issue or if you need any further assistance. In case if you have an Enterprise license, I'd recommend logging a support case through Admin Portal.
