Adobe XD to Zeplin App not working

I upgraded Adobe XD to the latest version, and now my Zeplin plugin has completely disappeared, making it impossible to export my designs to the shared team tool. I tried undoing the upgrade but since the file has already been altered I was not able to open it back up on the previous version.

This is a huge issue for me as it totally blocks me from sharing my work product with my development team members. I'm also the lead designer on the team, so I can't even rely on another designer's files to roll back to the previous version. Can anyone help? This is a major blocker for me.
