Adobe XD Ui kits are not able to download securely in google chrome from adobe website

Question

When I tried downloading XD ui kits from adobe website in google chrome, I have been notified that these files are not secured and not able download securely. Is there any malware in these ui kits? or is it safe to keep these files? I have downloaded 5 files and 2 of them notified that these are not secured. Could you guys checkout these issues Attached the screenshot for it.
