Adobe XD unable to generate link due to connection issues.

Good day, there is nothing wrong with my internet conncetion, but I can't generate my link becasue it gives me an error message sayin I have internet connetion issues.

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try the steps shared below:

     

    • Sign out of Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app.
    • End CoreSync and all Adobe related processes from Activity Monitor/Task Manager
    • Sign back in on Adobe CC Desktop app and launch Adobe XD from there and check if it works.

     

    If that doesn't help, please shared a few more details like:

     

    1. The exact version of Adobe XD and macOS.
    2. Are you connected to a private network or a managed network?
    3. This may happen because of Core Sync Services in Adobe XD, so could you please check if Core Sync is up to date. For more information on how to do that, you can follow the 2nd step here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/issue-saving-xd-file-creative-cloud.html
