Adobe XD Upload Error Error 55:47

Hi Iam keep on getting Error 55:47 when i try to upload my prototype in Adobe XD kindly help me to fix this issue.

  • If yes, could you please tell us if it's happening with all files or with a specific file? 
  • Please share the version of XD and the operating system details.
  • Are you an Individual, Teams, or Enterprise Subscription?

Hello Harshika,

Thanks for replying back to the message , My XD Files are not syncing to CC often getting error messages I have attached the screeshots herewith. Kindly help me to fix this issue . Really furstrated with bad experience using Adobe XD.

 

This is a enterprise license for induvidual.

Thank you for sharing the information, and apologize for the frustrating experience. Would you mind telling us the details of your operating system? Please ensure that your operating system is updated. 

 

If you're on a Windows machine, please try adding *xd.adobe.com* in Network > Windows Proxy exceptions. It might be the company which might have restricted the services.
