Adobe XD - Using a lot of hard disk space.

I'm having a lot of trouble with Adobe XD. 

 

XD is filling up all my Hard Disk space with a single open document with only , is realy annoying me since i can't even save my files, my computer literally freezes because of XD extensively use of hard disk space.

I tried uninstall - did not work

I tried a clean uninstal (using Adobe Cleanr Tool) - not work.

 

How do i solve this problem ? 

 

My XD version is 42.1.22.4

    We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please update XD to the latest version which is 43.0 and let us know if that solves the issue or if you need any further assistance.

    Hi there,

     

    We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of XD.
    2. Is it freezing on this file or multiple files?
    3. Please collect system logs by following the steps shared here  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
    4. Please collect spin dump by following the steps shared here:
    • Launch Activity Monitor
    • Select Adobe XD process (might show as “Not Responding”)
    • Click on the gear in the upper left of the Activity Monitor
    • Select “Spindump”
    • This will generate a text file

     

    Please add both the files to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link through DM by clicking on my name.
