Adobe XD version control

Im currently working on a project that is saved on the cloud. Hours of work has been done to the file. Then I think my friend entered to edit something, but for some reason, he got access to the older version of the file. Now when I try to access the file, hours of my work has gone missing. How do I bring the work back to the latest version?
