ADOBE XD will not update.

Question

So at first I thought my laptop was just acting up, so I restored it to see if the OS was messed up. I redownloaded all my adobe apps including XD, and everything went great for a little. XD had a recent update to it, and for the first time it updated correctly. Since then, it will not update at all to the current version. If I uninstall it, XD will not redownload. I've tried updating it to the previous version, but it still says it fails.

Has anyone had any luck with this?

Hi Erick,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. The current version of XD is 42.1 so in case if that's not the version showing at your end, please try the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html

If it still doesn't work, please uninstalled XD using the Adobe Cleaner Tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and once uninstalled, please re-install XD and let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.
