Adobe Xd won't download

Hey all,

Just tried installing Adobe Xd (Beta) for Windows 10 and nothing happens. Not only does it not show up in my CC app, when I click the download link, it refreshes my CC app and no app is added. I currently have a CC student subscription, have the English (North American) version of the CC app installed, and am running Windows 10 v 1511 OS Build 10586.713.

Any ideas?

Hi Brian,

To install XD on Windows 10, you'll need the Anniversary update, which is version 1607, OS build 14393.576.

Please refer to  Hardware and software requirements for installing, running, and using Adobe Experience Design.​ for further details.

Thanks! That fixed the problem. Yep, it was my version of Windows. My Windows update kept failing apparently, but I did some troubleshooting and got it updated to the latest version.
