Adobe XD won't launch

I cannot launch Adobe XD. When I click on the XD open button in Creative Cloud, I receive the screen listed below, it shows for 1 to 3 seconds and closes. I am on Windows 10 - 64 bit. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, installed an older version and nothing has worked.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Somehow I am unable to download the attached screenshot so was unable to see the error screen. In case if you are getting a white screen after launching XD and then if it is crashing, please try the suggestion shared here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/troubleshooting-adobe-xd-crashes-white-screen-on-launch-on-windows-10/m-p/10602095#M16102

I just had the same problem and I had to uninstall and reinstall Adobe XD . Reboot my computer did not solve the problem.
