Adobe XD won't open

I'm going through a lot with XD really.

Everytime I open it, it stays stuck on the launch screen and doesn't open or it just crashes.

I try through Creative Cloud and from the start menu, same thing. 

I close and retry several times and once in a million times, it eventually opens but when I close it, there's no guarantee I'll be able to open it up again. It really is the most frustrating thing.

Recently updated XD and no change.

I use a Windows 10

Going through similar posts, I can see this is a running thing with Windows 10 

However, I have projects i'm working on with XD that I can't just drop.

Can someone help me fix this?
