Hi and thank you for your answer,

I tried the following:

  1. Restarting the Mac
  2. Reinstalling XD
  3. Logging out of CC

None of that initially worked.

I resolved the issue by disintalling from CC and manually removing all the XD related files left.

I'm having the same issue. Uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling doesn't help, and when I run the clearner tool XD does not appear in the list of apps that can be cleaned. Any ideas?

Hi, I know this is a longshot but is there any chance you can go through the steps that were taken to fix?

Hi Louis,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. You can try uninstalling XD using the Adobe Cleaner Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Once uninstalled, please re-install.

Regards

Rishabh
