adobe XD "you have been signed out" Issue

Adobe XD sign out issue. I am facing sign out issue in Adobe XD. After opening Adobe XD few second i will get an popup message as "you have been signed" could you please resolve this issue. due to this issue my task's are pending could you please give suggustion how to fix this issue.

    HI Ranjitha,

    I have attached the screen shot what is the issue i am facing. 
    Issue Betails: Once i open the adobe XD after few secons i will get this message with the modal window "you have been signed" and attached this screenshot in this thread. Seince i have tried reinstalling creative cloud and Adobe XD, after that also i am facing the same issue.
    I have installed Adobe XD latest version XD (55.2.12) This version screenshot also attached.

    We are unable to reproduce the issue on our end so Can you please share the Adobe logs from below location with us.

    C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.XD_pc75e8sa7ep4e\LocalState

    @Ranjitha HR  Still this issue is didn't resolved, i am checking my IT Team to how do we need to provide this Adobe logs information and we can share those information in public sites like that
