Adobe XD 无法升级到新版本，老版本打不开之前的工作文件，无法正常工作了

无论在 Creative Cloud 中点击多少次检查应用程序更新，XD CC 始终停留在一个老版本上（相当于 Photoshop  CC 2018），但是之前的工作文件是用更新的版本保存的，现在所有文件都无法打开了。不知道应该怎么更新 XD CC 到新版本。
