Adobe XD 켜지지 않습니다.

XD, CC까지 수동으로 삭제하고 cleaner tool을 이용해서 삭제하고

그 다음에 다시 설치했는데도

XD를 실행하면 로고까지만 보이다가 자동으로 꺼집니다.

업무 상 꼭 필요한데 어떻게 해결하면 좋을까요.

현재 버전은 54.0.12 입니다.

 

I uninstalled the XD and CC also manually, and uninstalled again using cleaner tool also.

The start screen with logo is shut down after few seconds.

I have to use this XD essentially for work. How can I solve this problem?

Current version of XD is 54.0.12.

    Thank you for sharing the details. Would you mind updating to XD 54.1 and checking if that works for you? 

     

    If that doesn't help, please collect the logs from your machine using this log collector tool so that we can investigate. Upload the logs to CC or Dropbox and share the link with me via private message ( Go to my profile and click Send a message button).
