After reinstall and udpate to latest windows version it started to work !

Hi Armen,

 

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure that you have installed the latest version of Windows updates as in some cases it has been observed that by updating the Windows to the latest version such issues gets resolved. If it still doesn't work, please uninstall XD using the Adobe Cleaner Tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and once uninstalled, please re-install XD and let us know if that solves the issue or if you need any further assistance.

Hi Rishabh,

 

I did update my windows 10 to latest but it did not resolved issue.

Will try option 2 full reinstall of adobe and install ..
