All files are gone since system changes on 4.8.

Hi all,

after the system changes on 4.8. I had to re-login to my adobe account.

after this, I miss all could documents.

did anybody have the save problem and was able to fix it?

    Same issue here. Support is useless.

    Hi Christopher,

     

    We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the suggestions shared here:

     

    1. Sign out of XD and CC Desktop app.
    2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe related process from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
    3. Reboot the machine.
    4. Sign back in on the CC Desktop app. Please ensure that you are signing in with the same Adobe ID using which the files were created.
    5. Check if you are able to see the files.
